What is an offsite?

An offsite is a working meeting away from the office, where a team works calmly on strategy, collaboration or goals – usually combined with a shared experience.

How does an offsite differ from a team event?

An offsite combines work and experience: results emerge during the day, and the team grows closer in the evening. A team event usually stands on its own. We plan both as one coherent programme.
