How does a strategy day differ from a retreat?

Both describe the same format: the leadership circle withdraws to set direction and priorities. Strategy day is the term more commonly used today.

Do you sign a confidentiality agreement?

What group sizes?

How long does a strategy day last?

One day for a clear decision, two to three days for strategy and annual planning – often with a shared evening in between.
